Browse through a HT catalogue, drop into Harvey Normans, or anywhere else retail and dang but the number of consumer brands now with VoIP products on offer is staggering. (Quick diversion: VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol, which basically means using computer networks, like the internet, to make phone calls. It's been around for years, but mainly for the big end of town).
Personally I think VoIP's great.
