In most businesses we visit, several people have a personal ChatGPT or Claude account. Each one has worked out their own way of using it. Nobody has written down what can and cannot be pasted in. Nothing is shared, so every good prompt lives in one person’s browser, and when that person leaves, so does the know-how.
The fix is a business account, a short policy everyone has read, a shared setup that already knows your voice, and a few people who can show the rest. That is half a day’s work if someone who has done it before is in the room. This workshop makes it happen.

Who should come, and what to bring
Three to five people: the owner or whoever decides, the person who will administer the account, and one or two people who will become the in-house experts. Keep it small. This is hands-on, and everyone in the room builds something.
Bring:
- A company credit card for the Team plan billing
- Your style guide, or a handful of documents that sound like you at your best
- One real task per person that you would hand to Claude tomorrow if you could
- Your current thinking on what staff should and should not put into AI tools
What we won't connect on the day
Claude can connect to SharePoint, email, your job system and more. We will show you what that looks like, in our own environment, with our own data. In yours, we connect only tools where each person signs in as themselves and sees only what they could already open.
Before you invite the rest of your staff, every connection gets a decision: switched off, or kept on and written into your policy. Connecting Claude to your company data for everyone is a separate piece of work, because file permissions that were fine when only people could read them are often not fine when AI can. That work is the AI Readiness Assessment, and the four-week check-in is where we talk about whether you need it.

A 30-minute online check-in, included. By then you will have rolled it out to a few more people, hit a couple of things that did not work as expected, and have a list. We work through the list. If you want Claude connected to your systems, this is where that conversation starts.

Why Claude and not Microsoft Copilot?
A new Claude Team plan starts empty: nothing is connected to your company data until you choose to connect it, which makes it a safe place for your team to learn. Claude and Microsoft Copilot work well together. Claude gives you a controlled environment to build skills and habits, while Copilot works inside your Microsoft 365 tools and business data. Before connecting any AI to your company systems, we recommend reviewing your data permissions and security through an AI Readiness Assessment.
Do we need the Team plan before we come?
No. Creating it is the first thing we do together.
Is the Claude subscription included in the price?
No. Claude Team is billed separately by Anthropic, starting at $A34 per person per month billed annually, with a minimum of two seats. For latest pricing, go to claude.com/pricing
Can you run it at our office or online?
No, it runs in our boardroom only. The workshop is hands-on across several screens and works best when everyone is in the same room.
What if we want all our staff trained?
The workshop trains the people who will train them. An all-staff session is available as an add-on.
Is this the same as the AI Opportunity Workshop?
No. That workshop finds the processes in your business worth automating and ranks them. This one gets your people using AI well day to day. Either can come first.
