What if we already have IT staff?

We work with many clients who have in-house IT staff. Depending on your situation we can provide as little or as much IT support as you need, to best fit with your existing staff. In some cases clients use us to relieve the day to day support pressure from IT staff, letting them focus on higher value activities. In other cases clients like to keep the front-line helpdesk support in-house, using our managed IT support to provide more advanced escalation support. Each engagement is unique and can be customised to suit your needs. 

 

What if I need onsite support?

Although most of our IT support can be provided remotely, there are still times when onsite support is necessary. In these situations we will organise for an engineer to visit at a suitable time to resolve the issue.

 

I want to have an IT support person onsite in my office on a regular basis.

This is a common request and very easy to arrange. Some clients like to have one of our IT support engineers visit their office once at the same time once or twice a week. Other clients prefer to have an IT support engineer permanently based in their office. We can easily arrange a schedule to suit you.

 

Do you provide after-hours support?

Yes, we have engineers on-call 24x7x365 for any after-hours emergencies that may arise.
