Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

Will there be any disruption changing to VoIP?

Can I use a physical handset?

Is VoIP better than Teams Calling?

In many ways VoIP and Teams Calling are the same thing. The main difference is that while Teams Calling uses the familiar Teams app, most VoIP solutions use either their own soft-phone app, or a traditional-style physical handset. Which one is better? It depends on your needs and preferences, but our consultants will be able to speak with you about both options to help you decide.
